Self-pay: New Patient $350 and follow up $250 (includes traditional retina testing: OCT, OPTOS, Ultrasound, Visual Field, Lipiscan, Beacon—does not include fluorescein or ICG, iTrace, Oculus 5) Klarna
Medicare: Traditional Medicare/Secondary (Membership annual fee $500 not covered by insurance—covers multimodal testing same day, management of high-cost drugs for intravitreal injection billed to Medicare)
Concierge: includes all testing and access to Dr. Ross personal cell and email ($2500 annual fee not covered by insurance) with annual executive/wellness check
